Following conversations with many customers, we know that significant improvements have been made to digital services, enhancing the customer experience across the UK and Ireland over the past few years. However, there is still much work to do to close the gap between the services currently provided and the modern digital services people will expect in the future, particularly over the medium term. 
 
According to our latest white paper, 54% of council employees lack the basic digital skills needed to perform their roles effectively. This highlights a critical challenge in equipping public sector teams to meet evolving demands.
